CIRDI CEO, Cassie Doyle has been appointed chair of the BC Housing Management Commission by British Columbia Premier John Horgan.
“It is an honour to be asked to serve by the Premier,” said Ms. Doyle. “For some time, the theme of my professional and volunteer activities has been sustainable development. Whether working to support integrated natural resource governance in developing countries or addressing housing affordability here at home, I am increasingly aware of the
importance of fostering the social side of sustainability.”
Ms. Doyle began her career working in non-profit housing at the City of Ottawa and was Deputy Minister of Housing and Consumer Services for the Province of British Columbia in the mid 1990s. Until recently she served on the board of the Vancouver Affordable Housing Agency.
