We are proud to introduce our new logo.
We challenged the designers to capture in a simple mark a sense of collaboration, social and environmental sustainability, integrated natural resource management and good governance. If that wasn’t enough, we wanted our logo to reflect our values of:
- Respect and inclusiveness
- Sustainable development
- Human rights, gender equality and Indigenous rights
- Integrity and transparency
Working in the natural colours of blue and green, the designers produced a mark composed of symbiotic shapes that suggest: two hands expressing care and collaboration; a mountain mirrored in water, capturing the interconnection of all natural resources; two elements working together dynamically and in balance speaking to the importance of integrated natural resource management and good governance.
Next – A new website
This new logo is the first step in expressing the evolution of our Institute as we continue to grow our centre of expertise. The logo will have a prominent place in our new website. With the new site we will bring you more information about our activities and impact including our partnerships, learning programs, research, resources and knowledge exchange. Watch for it later this spring.
