Dr. Bala-Miller has over 16 years of professional experience in sustainable development with specialist expertise on issues related to gender equality, human rights and sustainable finance. She previously worked with international non-government organizations, UN Agencies and institutional investors, where she led multi-stakeholder global research and capacity building programmes on these sustainability issues. In her current capacity at CIRDI as the Director of Partnerships and Program Development, Dr. Bala-Miller leads on the strategic development of new programming, donor and partner relations, as well as the Institute’s gender strategy and implementation plan for a global portfolio of projects spanning 20 countries.
